Winston and that Katie cat went to another adoption show at the Highland Groomery today. I'm sorry to say that they did not get adopted! They don't even try...
Today, about two seconds after they got there, Winston went behind the furnace. When he came out, he was a grimy black/gray cat. Even his white nose was black!
It took two baths in some kind of high-powered shampoo to get him clean. Then he had to spend the rest of the show in a cage with a blow dryer on him. He meowed nonstop for three hours! That Katie cat was in a cage right across from him, and she meowed nonstop, too. And they wonder why nobody wanted them!
Darn... I'm really disappointed in those two. They were supposed to be out of here months ago. I certainly hope they don't think they're going to get to stay forever. Hey, if you want a ready made three-cat family let me know and I'll send you our address.
