Raj and Tigger got adopted today, after just four days in the group home. They're very nice, cuddly 10-year-old sisters, and it's hard to believe that less than a week ago they were on death row at the Prince George's County shelter. Oh, what a thought... No cat deserves to be on death row in a shelter!Anyway, our human and her friend Denise worked very hard to get them out. One of our clients (Rusty's human) went to Prince George's County to get them and kept them at her house that night. Our human took them to the group home the next day, and their new forever family met them this afternoon.
I love it when people work together to save cats. This whole thing just makes me so happy!
