After a week of being inside, Bandit really wanted out today. Can't say I blame him... He sat right against the kitchen door, looking big and fluffy and determined. Our human tried to lure him out of the way with treats so she could go out to feed Halloween Cat, but he wouldn't budge. She thought maybe she could distract him with his food, and he did get up on the counter to eat. But when he saw her with Halloween Cat's food in her hands, he flew for the door.
Finally, our human went out the front door and walked around the house to the backyard. When she went back inside, Bandit was still pressed against the kitchen door waiting to bolt for freedom. Gosh, poor Bandit. Glad his people are coming home tonight. I hope they let him out right away.
Here are pictures of Bandit and Trouble. Trouble has a lion cut for summer. We have a picture of Halloween Cat, too, but it's not very good because our human was inside at the sliding door, and, of course, he was outside under a table.
