One morning when our human got to their house, Luna was stretched out on her back on one of the quilts basking in the heat from the lamp. Obi had been sleeping under another lamp above the sofa but woke up when he heard our human because he knew she was going to let him go outside. From the kitchen, all she could see were his ears and his sleepy eyes peeking over the arm of the couch.

It took Luna and Obi a long time to train us, but they definitely live the life of luxury now. We have two "heat lamps" downstairs and one upstairs. In the winter, Luna can ALWAYS be found under one of these; sometimes, she requires room service for dinner so she can stay cozy and warm while eating. Obi uses a lamp because...Luna does...and he doesn't want to be left out!
